Beyond the Kettlebell:



While not on the direct topic of banging kettlebells, dripping sweat, etc... the topic of the below interview is no less important.

Sometimes crashing full speed ahead with sweat, tears, and effort isn't the best way to go.

Sometimes we need to take a step back and look 'inward' to see the right direction, so I went to the best resource I know of Steve Ilg.

Steve is a man who truly walks both walks, of high performance athlete and of the mindful being.

Below is my interview with outdoor super athlete Steve Ilg, covering his Wholistic Fitness Disciplines and various other 'mindful' actions you can take to make a better you.

A couple weeks back we did a Meltdown Live
that implemented some rotational sandbag
deadlifts and I gave a modification of
doing lateral kettlebell deadlifts.

My friend Nisha from the UK sent me
a note and asked me about the technique
on the modification.

So instead of going into to some long drawn
out technical writing I figured I would just
